Emergency Share Classroom via Zoom

These are instructions to set up Zoom from an on-campus only classroom to accommodate a remote student:

1. Start - Open the "Class - in case of emergency" link from the Zoom tab in Canvas.
    
2. Audio - If you are using a built-in microphone on a laptop you will need to stay close to the computer.  To switch to an external microphone, use the menu to the right of the mute button.
    
3. Video - Please stay in front of your video camera.
    

4. Share Screen  - Please use the "Share Screen" option at the bottom of the Zoom window so the remote student can view the class presentation.
